What you choose to share
The free all-sport planner sample, soccer starter kit, and product samples do not require signup. If you join the launch list, we store your email address, signup source, consent version, and signup dates to manage resource and product updates. The email form is for adults aged 18 and older. Please do not submit children’s details or medical information.
How information is used
Launch-list details are used for ASP Athletics resource and product communications. They are not displayed publicly or sold. Marketing email delivery is not yet active; signing up records your interest in future updates.
Purchases and downloads
When you purchase a resource, you leave this website for ASP Athletics’ Shopify-hosted checkout. Shopify and the payment provider process the contact, billing, and payment information needed to complete your order. Order information is used to provide confirmations, digital downloads, and purchase support. This website does not collect your card number. Purchase and download emails are separate from the optional launch list.
Website operation
The hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and secure this site. The signup form uses a short-lived, hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions. Those rate-limit records expire and are cleared as the form receives requests. This release has no advertising pixel or third-party marketing analytics. First-party measurement stores daily totals of page views, coaching inquiry-link clicks, resource-download clicks, checkout starts, and successful signups. These totals do not contain email addresses, query strings, referrers, visitor IDs, or IP addresses. Measurement uses no analytics cookies and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Temporary hashed rate-limit records are used separately to reduce abuse. Counts represent activity, not unique visitors, sent emails, completed purchases, or confirmed bookings.
Your choices
You can remove your email from this website’s launch list using the email removal form. This removes the saved launch-list contact here; it does not delete a Shopify order or payment record. For questions about an order or your information, contact info@aspathletics.com.
Coaching bookings and inquiries
Coaching purchase and booking records store the adult contact’s name, email, optional phone number, athlete’s first name, optional sport and training goals, chosen package, preferred days and times, request responses, session times and locations, payment record, and appointment status. ASP uses these details to arrange and manage coaching. For youth athletes, a parent or guardian must submit the request. Please leave out medical or other sensitive information. Booking details are available to ASP and anyone with your private booking link, so keep that link private. Booking does not add you to a marketing list or collect card details. Automatic booking emails and texts are not active; use the private booking page to check updates. If ASP provides a checkout link, payment is processed by that checkout provider. Booking records are kept to manage sessions and package balances; contact info@aspathletics.com to request correction or deletion. Email inquiries are used to respond and arrange coaching.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, private email address, rating, experience, review text, submission date and publication permission. Reviews are for adults sharing first-hand experiences. With your permission, we may publish your display name, rating, experience, text and review month after checking relevance, spam and privacy. Your email is never included in the public review and is not added to the marketing list. Review forms use temporary hashed rate limits to reduce abuse. Reviews are retained until removed; email info@aspathletics.com to request correction, withdrawal or deletion. Do not include children’s identifying details or medical information.
External services
Shopify, payment providers, and Instagram operate under their own privacy terms. Review the notices shown by those services when using checkout or contacting us.
