Digital resources

ASP Athletics offers PDF guides and printable worksheets. The all-sport planner sample, soccer starter kit, and product samples are free. Paid resources are one-time purchases with no physical shipping or recurring membership. Prices are in USD; the final total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout.

Checkout and delivery

Purchases use ASP Athletics’ Shopify-hosted checkout. After successful payment, download links are delivered to the email address entered at checkout. Check that address carefully and keep your order confirmation. You can read the PDFs on a compatible device or print the worksheets.

Personal use

Free and purchased resources are for your own household’s use. You may download and print them for that purpose. Please share the website link rather than republishing files. Reselling, redistributing, or presenting ASP materials as your own is not permitted.

Educational purpose

These resources offer general education, planning, and reflection. They do not provide medical care, injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, individualized coaching, or a prescribed exercise program. A qualified professional should guide exercise selection and progression for the individual athlete. Stop activity that causes pain and seek appropriate help.

Examples are illustrative. No particular performance improvement, team selection, scholarship, or injury outcome is promised. Product descriptions identify the contents and format of each resource. Review the free sample before purchasing.
